At Overflow Naturals, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and excellence. Because our offerings are made fresh and are personal care items, all sales are final. For health, safety, and freshness, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
We want you to feel confident in your order. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and email us at hello@overflownaturals.com within 7 days of receiving your package if your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Without photo documentation, we may be unable to process a replacement or refund. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion with either a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

All personal care goods, including skincare and haircare products, are non-returnable once shipped.

Requests based on personal preference (such as scent, texture, or individual results) are not eligible.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective product, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times vary by bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@overflownaturals.com.
